By accessing and using the Profion platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, schools, and others who access or use the Service.

The Profion service is provided by Apps4Education Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12614353), registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

3. Use of Service

Profion is designed for educational purposes, specifically for creating and delivering mock assessments. You agree to use the service only for its intended educational use. Schools are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent for their students to use the platform.

4. Accounts and Authentication

When you create an account with us, whether directly or via Google/Microsoft OAuth, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided questions and exams), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apps4Education Limited and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apps4Education Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
